Capture will not start
Try a regular website tab in Chrome 124 or later. No account is needed during early access. Chrome internal pages and the Chrome Web Store cannot be captured.

Need a hand?
Here are the fixes for the issues most likely to interrupt a capture. If you are still stuck, send us the error shown in the extension and the Chrome version you use.
Capture failed
Keep the tab active and try again. Very long or complex pages can exceed Chrome’s screenshot limits. Check the message in Results for the specific error.
Figma looks different
Compare the pasted layers with the PNG. Fonts, images, and complex CSS can convert differently. If Chrome asks for optional image-host access, declining may leave images out of editable layers.
Is there a capture limit?
No. Captures are unlimited during early access. The planned 20-start monthly Free plan will begin when Pro becomes available.
Do I need an account?
No. You can capture immediately during early access. Account sign-in is planned for the later Free and Pro plans.
When is Pro available?
Pro is planned for a later release. The current extension has no checkout or license activation.

Include the capture mode, selected width, the error text, and whether you were using PNG or Figma. Please do not send page content or sensitive screenshots unless needed to explain the issue.
